To all our Dear Capstone students,
Based on the information received from Alberta Student Aid updates. Please read it carefully as we have so much information that is overwhelming.
1. Students who have already completed their program of study with Capstone Edge College and who received letter / mail of '' never attended' from Alberta student Aid / NSLSC
Requirement: To Personally upload the underlisted in their personal profile on Alberta student Aid portal, same way they uploaded spousal consent form / any other documents when they applied for the student loan:
a, Enrollment confirmation letter issued & signed by Capstone Edge College
b. Certificate / diploma of completion issued & signed by Capstone Edge College
2. Students who are currently studying with Capstone Edge College and who received letter / mail of '' never attended’ from Alberta student Aid / NSLSC
Requirement: To personally upload the underlisted in their personal profile on Alberta student Aid portal, same way they uploaded spousal consent form when they applied for the student loan:
a. Enrollment confirmation letter issued & signed by Capstone Edge College
3. Students who are currently studying with Capstone Edge College or already completed their program BUT DID NOT receive letter / mail of '' never attended’ from Alberta student Aid / NSLSC.
Requirement: Nothing is required from such students
4. The end dates of the underlisted in #1 & #2 above, must match, it must also match the end date in the student's profile on Alberta student Aid portal , but if any extension is required due to student's failure to complete the program at the specified end date, then a FORM B will be required to be completed by the student and sign by Capstone Edge College for onward mailing to Alberta Student Aid Loan Centre at Mississauga., Ontario.

b. Certificate / diploma of completion issued & signed by Capstone Edge College
5.All students waiting for the 2nd chunk disbursement of their funds.
Requirement: Nothing is required from such students.
To obtain the official Enrollment confirmation letter, we are requesting all students to provide the Application Summary and Award letter to administration@capstoneec.ca. Make sure you provided all the necessary documents.
