To All Students Concerned:
This announcement is being made to address the issue concerning the email received by the students notifying them that they are being cancelled by the student aid.
It has come to our attention that several students have received notice from student aid that they have been reported by the school as "never attended" cancelled and being required immediately to pay their loan. Please make it known that the Student Success Department headed by yours truly, did not in any way provide or divulge any student information to any entity including the student aid.
The only time that we provided such information was when we received a formal request coming from the student aid through Dr. Michael and Dr. Manny.
We would like to encourage students who received such notification to please email the student.success@capstoneec.ca to assist you with your reinstatement if you decide to continue your studies.
