We thank all students who responded with kind, understanding and with utmost respect.
We would like to let you know that we try with utmost care to cater to the needs of each student. Hence, we would like to reiterate the following:
- The school recognizes the individuality and uniqueness of each learner. We understand the differing working schedules and demands each student has and its effects on their school performance. Aside from this, we also take into consideration family matters and other personal matters that each student asks for consideration.
- The remedial classes were born out of compassion to help students with inadequate markings to comply with the minimum standards set to pass each course. This is also an opportunity to let each student perform better and have better learning outcomes. We hope that this will not be taken as a burden or unnecessary load.

In view of these, we are deeply saddened by the words and accusations stated in response from some of the students. While we try to understand the situation of each student, we also feel that we don’t deserve such words that undermine the work of each staff member in the department.
Each staff exert full effort and dedicate their time to process all student concerns amidst the limitations and challenges we encountered. We just hope that the kind of consideration and compassion we extend can also be extended to us, the school staff. After all, we are here to help each other and it is the core of being humane.
